Sidamo is the largest\u003cbr\u003e coffee-growing region in Ethiopia and is we l-known throughout\u003cbr\u003e the world for the quality of its coffee.\u003cbr\u003e Coffee originated in Ethiopia and grows wildly in the coffee\u003cbr\u003egrowing regions there. Unlike in other coffee-growing countries,\u003cbr\u003e which have one or very few coffee varieties on a farm, it is far\u003cbr\u003e more varied in Ethiopia. Therefore, most coffee labels say\u003cbr\u003e“heirloom varieties.” Ethiopian coffee farms are generally\u003cbr\u003eextremely small, the vast majority less than 3.5 hectares, and\u003cbr\u003e thus do not produce immense quantities of coffee.
